For self-converting metal manufacturers, Hueck offers the profile series BS C-1 and BS C-2 for single- and double sash T30 fire protection doors in flush entirely aluminium design with insulating strips of the building material class A 2, inserted into the hollow chambers.
These profile series, tested according to DIN 4102 part 5 have the general authorization by the building supervisory authority.
In addition to the certified function of fire protection, the systems are also tested for the use as smoke protection ends according to DIN 18095.
The single-sash T30-design, which is also impervious to smoke, can be build as burglary-protective door of the resistance class WK 2 according to DIN EN V ENV 1627. Frame and sash have a uniform profile depth of 72 mm. The slender profile elevation surfaces with 142 mm overall width provide an architecturally attractive large glass part.
The fire protection system can be installed into walls made of brickwork, concrete, gas concrete-block- and plan stones, GKF-pillar walls and steel constructions F90-A covered. Fixed top- and side parts as well as fixed glazings permit extensive ends, adjusted to the room geometry. The absolut elevation equality with the Hueck smoke protection series RS C guarantees a universally coherent architecture design.
The supplemental fire-resistant glass Hueck GS C complies with the fire resistance class G 30 according to DIN 4102, part 13 and is also designed as multi-chamber hollow-profile construction with the same profile depth with inserted insulation strips. In order to fulfill according static requirements it can also be combined with a reinforced mullion with a profile depth of 132 mm. Profile elevation widths can be combined arbitrarily with 68, 90 and 150 mm, bottom rail heights of 68 up to 300 mm. The overall height is 4000 mm, width is unlimited.
