In line with the now binding Energy Saving Directive, Hueck/Hartmann offers a new door construction of the frame material group 1 with a profile depth of only 72 mm and a coefficient of heat transmission Uf,BW of 2,2 W/m2K. It is appliable as internal as well as external end.
The door, to be opened alternatively inwards or outwards, has been provided with a thermally insulated treshold profile combining high insulation and barrier-free building according to DIN 18025.
The new SYSTHERM® 72 E profile system is available with frame- and sash profile with contact limit stop. Window frame- and transom profiles are also offered with stop profiles.
Special fixing frame profiles provide an easy installation into facades while bottom rail variants enable the smooth realization of the most diverse design solutions. Bottom rail parts can be fabricated material- and time saving from the door sash. Revolving special gaskets ensure the on hinge- as well as the lock side against clamping risks. Here, the specially designed finger protection gaskets provide an adequate distance of the potential pinch points of aluminium- sub-frame and sash profiles. Thus, the door system SYSTHERM® 72 E proves to be practicable as well as a process-friendly profile program, combining high insulation, barrier-freedom and clamping risk safety according to requirements and it features a trouble-free, efficient processing and assembly.
