Reconstructions as well as new buildings require variable facade systems that are up to the most varying marks in form, dimensions, function and additional equipment. Top priority is set on a possibly high thermal insulation of elements.
The thermally insulated profile series Hueck 1.0 is a system featuring outstanding thermal insulation with a U-value of Uf,BW between 1,8 and 2,6 W/m2K and which is also suitable for the design of single cavity windows as well as window hinges, window walls and doors of different designs.
The profile system's insulating zone features a shell distance of 30 mm and consists of glass fibre-reinforced polyamide insulation web. Additionally, the hollow chamber profile is packed with polyurethane rigid foam.
In new buildings, the field of application of the profile system covers side-hung-, turn-tilt-, bottom-hung and French windows including burglar protective designs. The profile series also enables the building of rotary handle operated turn- and rotary handle operated turn/tilt windows, parallel sliding and tilting elements and folding elements as well as limit stop doors opening inwards and outwards and doors and windows in burglary-resistant design in the resistance classes WK1, WK2 and WK3 according to DIN V ENV 1627.
