For static predimensioning of metal constructions we put free of charge our German/English statics program as download to you at the disposal.
It is for the predimensioning of vertical and diagonal constructions. The following applications are considered:
- mullion exposed to wind load (one- and two-span beam)
- transoms exposed to wind load
- mullion exposed to horizontal imposed load (linear load)
- roof construction/ mullion exposed to wind, snow and permanent load (one- and two-span beam, either according to the German DIN 1055 or similar to British Standard)
- transoms exposed to weight of fillings
The programm has self-explanatory program menus and various information and graphic illustrations to the required input values.
It is for computers under Windows operating systems and it is network-compatible.
