Single- or double sash smoke protection door of classification RS, series HUECK RS C.
Glazing-/ rebate gaskets:
EPDM-gaskets revolving bilaterally in sash and fixed frame, without joint in the corners.
Opening types:
Single- and double sash, openin in or out, ooptionally with glazed side lights and window and/or fanlight, or as partition (fixed glazing).
Usability proof:
Tested according to DIN 18095-1: 1988-10; DIN 18095-2:1991-03 and DIN 4102-18: 1991-03, with general authorization by the building supervisory authority and authorization shield with "Ü"-sign". .

Static proof for side light (partitions) according to DIN 4103-1 – see RS C-catalogue VA-117 statics table. The sealing for bordering elements has to be processed correspondingly according to DIN 18540: 1995-02 (sealing of outside wall joints in buildings).

The door may be installed into walls made of brickwork according to DIN 1053-1, wall thickness ≥ 115 mm, stone pressure strength class min. 12, mortar group ≥ II, or walls of concrete according to DIN 1045, wall thickness .≥ 100 mm, strength class min. B 15, or GFK-pillar-walls of fire resistance class F 90-A according to DIN 4102-4 table 48, 3/94 of cement-carton fire-proof plates, wall thickness ≥ 100 mm, or walls of gas concrete-block- resp. plan stones as well as lying or standing gas concrete plates according to DIN 4165, strength class G 4 resp. GP 4, wall thickness ≥ 175 mm, or covered steel constructions according to DIN or test report according to static and fire-technical requirements, or into the fixed glazing series RS C, according to static requirements.

Special features
|
Fittings:
System fittings are absolutely identical in construction with series BS C (T30). Threepart aluminium hinges or steel roller hinges, only two pieces up to sash weight
180 kg passage height up to 2600 mm., optionally corner sub-frame with only 30,5 mm elevation.
Improvement:
Plastic coating (wet paint or powder coating lacquer) according to the quality- and test instructions for the piece goods coating of aluminium elements e.V. (GSB) with surface preparation according to DIN 50939 resp. DIN EN ISO 3892. Anodization (anodize) according to surface preparation DIN 17611.
